expansions, financial Management and leading the board.
Chris Mellody
Director – Photonics Health Care Innovations
Chris is in technology and industrial design education across multiple
industries, including health and wellness. He used his experience to help
develop company structures, training and revenue growth opportunities for
start-ups and long established companies alike.
Greg Sarnow
Director - Business Development
Greg is a pioneer in the Direct Response Marketing Industry with more than
30 years’ experience. Greg’s leadership has helped hundreds of clients and
companies come to the forefront of sales and customer service. His
commitment to growth is a daily occurrence and Greg reminds everyone
that we always have to be growing, testing and optimizing.
Ajith Kumar P.T
Inventor and Chief Technology Officer
Ajith Kumar is renowned scientist functioning in the area of Laser Holography and Photonic Structures. He has more than three decades’ experience in the related R&D, innovation and technology commercialization. He is the founder of Light Logics Holography and Optics, a research oriented commercial venture. He was awarded consecutive innovation Gold Medals instituted by the Lockheed Martin (USA), Indo-US S&T Forum, University of Texas at Austin and the Department of Science and Technology - Government of India. He holds Master’s degree in Physics and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Laser Holography.
Udgam Goyal
Director - Emerging Technologies
Udgam is the Product Lead of Aurora Innovation and the flagship self-
driving product, the Aurora Driver. At the Boston Consulting Group, he
advised various Fortune 500 tech companies on product and go-to-market
strategy. A Master’s degree holder from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, with specialisation in Artificial Intelligence, he was involved in
building socially impactful technical products at Microsoft AI and Facebook.
At MIT, in back-to-back years, he was the National Academic All-American
of the Year.
Jolly Chirayil
Director - Operations
Jolly Chirayil worked as a lead scientist at AT&T Bell Laboratories USA, where
she proved her ability to conceptualize and implement leading-edge software solutions.
Jolly became an entrepreneur and has over 35 years’ experience in management and business
administration in software and information technology. She holds Master’s degree
in Industrial Physics from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT),
Kerala, India and Master's degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of
Technologies (IIT), Chicago, USA. She specialized in the areas of networking
in switching as part of her PhD program.
