He has more than three decades’ experience in the related R&D, innovation and technology commercialization. He is the founder of Light Logics Holography and Optics, a research oriented commercial venture. He was awarded consecutive innovation Gold Medals instituted by the Lockheed Martin (USA), Indo-US S&T Forum, University of Texas at Austin and the Department of Science and Technology - Government of India. He holds Master’s degree in Physics and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Laser Holography.

Jolly became an entrepreneur and has over 35 years’ experience in management and business administration in software and information technology. She holds Master’s degree in Industrial Physics from Cochin University of Science And Tcchnology (CUSAT), Kerala, India and Master's degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technologies (IIT), Chicago, USA.
